They finally picked up and hung up on me at pm after sec. I have the call documented on my mobile phone. I think the employees were laughing seeing how long I would stay on the line and all I did was put it on speaker phone and continued with my evening until they hung up after 2 Hours 15 minutes and 45 seconds!

I am writing to express my concerns about my online order was place on November 30, I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my calls, which took place on December3, and December 7, I was called that my merchandise will be delivered and installed on Friday December 3, However that never happen, I took the day off work which cause me to lose a full day of work.

I just could not believe that here I am calling to check on status of my order and why was item NOT delivered when promise. After speaking with the last person in customer service I was given another day for delivery and installation which was on yesterday.

It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was politely requesting and ultimately still have not received my merchandise I purchase on November 30, I hope to hear back from you about this incident soon. On nov. I was very insulted that the only posters 3 large posters was in Spanish Well, I don't speak Spanish.

As I mentioned it to two different Managers, they both said the posters were sent in error I not only think Its incentive, but racist. Those posters should never have gone up! I didn't try it on as I had no time and was in a hurry. The shirt was too large, and I did have my receipt. I had never had a reason to return seasonal merchandise before and was not aware of the return policy, the one that states Kmart will not take back seasonal merchandise after that holiday has occurred.

I went to the return desk, and the clerk told me she couldn't take the shirt back because of their policy. I asked her where that information was, and she showed me the banner above the desk. Why couldn't that information be on the receipt? Why didn't the display signs say "All after Halloween sales final? I believe this is a very poor practice. The least you could do is inform shoppers by either putting your holiday return policy on the receipt, printing "All Sales Final" on the merchandise displays, or have check-out personnel tell the shopper up front that the after holiday merchandise they are purchasing is non-returnable.

I can't believe Kmart is this sloppy. You need to address this problem. I'm sure I'm not the only one to complain about this situation. Respectfully, Claudia Gillam. Went to buy some things and wanted help with the microwave oven and carts.

No one was aroung to help,went to the registers and asked for help, they called over the PA system for help. Waiting 45 minutes, no one ever came. This is Christmas time shopping, you just lost a huge purchase. Placed an online order for two items, one of the items was to be shipped which I received and the other was to be a pick up order at Sears on the Boulevard in Amherst, NY.

I attempted to cancel the pick up order as soon as I placed it and had to call the Sears store to try to get it done, They could not see the transaction so I was advised to wait for the email telling me that the pick up order is ready.

At that time the associate would automatically return the item and process the refund. The young lady confirmed she had it scheduled to do later that day as she was very busy. I explained I was on my lunch and she decided to help me then. Unfortunately she could not see the dollar amount to refunded and didn't know how to process a Paypal refund. She called the manager David. He was also unable to see the refund amount due. He sated he would take care of it and call me back.

Later I ended up chatting online with Steve G. He says, "Oh, the store will send you an email by end of today and you will get your refund in more days. Now I am beyond pissed. On the 30th of Oct. I speak with customer service rep and she begs me to give her 24 hours to get me my money back. So they proceed to tell me that they opened an investigation and will get back to me. She was going to call me right back after speaking with the store and I have yet to get a call back from her.

This morning a rep on the phone tells me he wished he could help me but the previous rep Gina or Janine has done all they can do. Do they really think I am one of those people that will just give up on trying to get my money back because they keep giving me the run around??? Now the store has the item which I never picked up and my money. I now have to go to the store with the Amherst, NY police and find out if an employee took the item and marked it picked up and have them review the store video to see if the video shows someone leaving with the item at the time this item was suppose to have been pick up.

If this is true the store has a thief and the person who falsely clicked the item as picked up should be fired. I should file suit against these idiots who think they can waste my time, steal my money and create such frustration. Here we are in November and I have yet to get my refund. This refund isn't 2 or 3 dollars, it's much more, I am disgusted with this company and the reps that think they can hide behind a phone call.

And by the way, can you get people that speak better English. Not understanding what they are saying makes it much more difficult and frustrating. I really hope corporate actually takes the time to reads theses comments and does something about it. Meanwhile I will get my money or call for action with our news reporters to see how many other folks go thru this horrible service.

Their computer system is down at least once a month. This is a problem when you are trying to refill a prescription for Asthma. This is not acceptable. I thought they were adorable but the 3 out of four I saw were each missing the LED part to light the star.

I brought them up the customer service desk and asked the lady behind the counter if an additional markdown could be taken as they were missing the light and battery included with the star.

But I really like them. She flat out said "No we are not allowed to take anymore markdowns on those items and brushed me off. I have to say I was completely shocked and annoyed by her overall negative attitude. I went back to the dep't and went to put them back but i was so annoyed I asked another floor person the same question.

He said "no problem we can do something for you as they are missing pieces". I then asked who the "idiot" was behind the counter at the service desk and how could she be at customer service when she clearly should not be with an attitude like hers.

He explained that was the manager trainee in charge. I was aghast! Anyway, he helped me to the cashier and I checked out.

Before I left, I went over to this women I believe they said her name was Laurie? She had the nerve to ask me who gave me the discount!!! Are you kidding me, Really and she represents the Kmart brand??? I was a merchandise manager at Bradlees and then after they closed on the TJ MAxx as a soft lines manager for many years after that.

I can not believe anyone would think that women as manager material and I had such a tiny sale. My experience at that store has always been great there. But now I hesitate, If she can't handle the front end on a busy Sunday she should not be in charge!!

And one does not call customers to the check line and them say a comment "there are no lines" which to everyone there we clearly had lines? She should stay away from customers because clearly we are in her way. How does she treat the staff-she gave me the impression she wanted to get that employee in trouble for helping me! She should not be in the customer service field and I feel you all should be made aware. I am glad the rest of the Kmart staff in Southbury is not like her. I went into the Kmart Pharmacy in Marshall, Michigan. The associate was very distasteful with her work appearance! In a brief description her hair was gathered on top of her head colored in different shades of blues and greens.

The lower portion of her hair was a normal brown colored. Her hair appeared to be with no style to it which made it look sloppy. As a company representative, her appearance was not professional. I would have appreciated the opportunity to forward a photo of her for your review. My opinion was very much lowered in the standards of your Company to find that you are not more selective in representation.

I went in to get me layaway out today as I am getting really close to my due date and wanted to have everything set up before my daughter is born. Well that didn't happen today as I get to the store and go to the layaway department there was no ine around. I rang their little doorbell to get someone to help me which didn't work. So I had my husband try and find someone to come and help me. Instead there was an employee that stood maybe twenty feet from him with an attitude and told him that the registers were down and nobody could help.

So I went to customer service to get better clarification while up there the same employee with the attitude Alex which is a girl started to argue with me.

So I requested to talk with the manager on duty which took three times me asking to finally get to talk to her. Which she apologized several times for the way that her employee acted but I didn't feel that she was sincere about her apology. So I am contacting the corporate office to make sure that the appropriate actions are taken.

Since if she is going to do this to me in my current situation then who else has this happened to? I have never contacted anyone about their advertising in 60 yes. However, I just went online since it was payday and I am without a car temporarily and I have always enjoyed the clothing offered by Kmart. However this time I was so disappointed by the advertising that made me not want to buy anything at all. The background is white so everybody looks sick and the clothes look like something that only a fat women would want to get.

Well Im a glutton for punishment, Jan 4 I placed a order Kmart withdraws money out of my account for a order Kmart cancelled. I do believe there is fraud going on. K MART sucks!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never order from them again. First my bank account is charged twice took forever to get that taken care of, just lies from everyone you talk to, My next order was out of stock which no one had the nerve to call and tell me.

I called several times and got a different answer. Finally they said they would refund me which has been weeks ago, now they are telling me to call my bank. I live in Pleasant hill, Ca. They closed our store in Pleasant hill and also stopped advertisement for our area. I loved shopping at Kmart and so have many of my friends. We asked the store in Clayton to send ads to our area.

Their response was negative. Why can't we receive the ads, we would shop more often there. Thank You. I think it's sad that Kmart in port Charlotte fl can't hire a pharmacist to fill prescriptions. I won't go into detail, same story no help in store, mismarked prices, not honoring online sale pricing, Rude,Rude,Rude,and none very smart. Will never shop these stores again. And they wonder why other retailers are forging ahead of them.

I don't. This complaint is on my daughter's behalf. I am a witness. There is always a problem at this location. It is ridiculous. That is not right. At the end of the transaction, the girl told her, "you are one cent short" to qualify. Really, you couldn't tell her that sooner, she could have added 1 more item to layaway.

Her reply, I didn't know. Don't believe that. You're the cashier and you can see the totals. Another time she brought something back that she had prev. Customer service said it wasn't Kmart's product when it clearly was. They said the s did not match. Well, that is not her fault, they should have checked with Layaway.

They eventually gave her a refund, but in the meantime they gave her a big hassle. Don't tell me that Kmart doesn't know their own products because every retailer does.

We may not be Latino, but that is no reason to treat customers bad for no reason. There are too many incidents to name them all. This is an ongoing problem with this particular location.

Hope you can get them to do better. Maybe management classes for the mgrs. I have none of these problems with your competitors. My daughter has vowed never to shop at Kmart again and I can't say that I blame her. They Ruined my nieces x-mas but it gets worse.

I called ever day since and I was told be several reps that due to k-mart's mix up to call them when the dollhouse arrives and as a courtesy they would refund my gift card the full amount. Wait it gets worse.

But what happened to the courtesy refund? Now you want me to place the order again. I spoke to a manager named Fernando employee number and he stated. This is all we are going to do for you. So now I'm stuck without the dollhouse and have to we 2 to 5 weeks for a refund!

I have been shopping with k-mart. Horrible store in Livonia, MI. Lost my layaway, waited over 30 mins just to get someone to the layaway counter then another hour and a half to tell me they lost it.

Then sent me to service counter to wait again for refund. Without going into the whole long story of my experience there, I will be brief.

I went to kmart because the location was convenient that day. I now know why people say the things about this store that they due. They are dishonest, rude, speak with very poor English, and dress like well how can I put this- like they are not at a job. My items rang up an incorrect price. This seemed normal and they were very bothered when I pointed this out. They were rude and so oh well the sign was incorrect.

I did not make the purchase on principle alone. Emailed corporate and they were just as dishonest but able to use larger words. Do yourself a favor drive the extra few miles and shop somewhere else. In Spetember of this year I went into Kmart and placed my children's wish list items on layaway for Christmas. I am a single mom and layaway is the perfect option for me to make payments and have their presents by Christmas.

Wednesday morning Christmas Eve I came into my local kmart in Sumter SC to make the final payment and pick up my layaway. I waited for over an hour but was happy because I knew my two boys were going to have a nice Christmas. Another half an hour passed and a employee came out from the back with a small box.

I knew that must not be mine because I had larger items. She sets the box down in front of me and apologizes saying they had some how miss placed or improperly packaged my layaway and that they didn't have it except for one small box that contained 5 items. They handed me my receipt and told me to go to the service desk and get a refund. I was devastated.

I had to be to work in about an hour at this point and knew I would not have the time to go out shopping to try and replace the lost times. By the time I waited in line at the service desk and got nothing more than some cash in my hand and a grumpy "I'm sorry your the fourth person in two days to not get their layaway" I had to be at work.

I did not get to shop because I had to race to work and by the time I got off work they had closed. I ended up getting a couple gift cards for my boys and a few small gifts from my work.

I am so upset and Kmart seamed to care less. They Have Poor Customer Service! All Kmarts Should Be Closed! Little kids shaking bells around. I am an employee at the Kmart in Plymouth, Indiana; store I feel that I am overworked, unappreciated, and only used when need be. I am no longer a cashier within Kmart, I have been moved out to a new department and been there for months now. We now have a new lead that has talked bad about me to other employees non-manager associates. She is never rude to me and other costumers when she does not get her way. I would like to see her get fired and our Assistant Manager, with is the old manager in my department.

When either of these people are the closing manager for the night, neither of them does anything; besides run around and tell others what to do and how to do it. Instead they should be helping us, the workers and customers, instead of running around the store and then sitting in the office until they are needed for something.

I am a 17 year-old female, a senior in high school, I work at least days a week and hours every shift, after school. Within this time I work just about every department to the best of my ability; includes carry outs and getting carts, I also constantly get called to the service desk to cover breaks; I am actually not old enough because I can't work the Lotto machine, get cigarettes, and I also do not have an override number. And if I don't get called up for a break coverage, I am getting called up to become a cashier because someones called off or they never had enough cashiers to began with; therefore nothing in my department will get done.

I am in the fashion department and three of the employees over there do not do what they are supposed to do; therefore making me do more even when I am on a register. Honestly I do like my job, however I am beginning to think I need to quit. Three people have quit or gave a two weeks notice this month, its only December Two out of the three people where in the fashions department. Our store manager, Shawn, does a great job!

Nights she closes things are very smooth and she makes sure people have the right to speak up and explain things. I do not feel any other manager figure acts or tries to better the store like she does. I would like these changes to take effect immediately or the Plymouth Kmart will lose another employee. After an hour wait in line, I was told that my lay away would be pulled shortly and my name will be called over the intercom. So, I decided to do a bit more shopping as I wait, unfortunately as the 3rd hour approached, I decided there must be a problem. I walked back into lay away and saw my items stacked up on the register.

My husband then came into the store to approach the store manager, at which time we were informed that our item had in fact been sold to another customer, after 5 hours of looking.

So, my husband got angry, the manager, Mr. Brown, told him he couldn't find a jeep anywhere, even were out to order online, handed my husband a piece of paper with a phone number to customer support and told him to call them for a resolution. Then my husband said no, I want a resolution now, we have to locate a jeep, I'll drive wherever I must to get it, the manager wouldn't even call a store to find, instead called the police on him.

Then, I took it upon myself to call other locations, finally at p. I found one store, in alabama that had the jeep. So, we loaded up again, the entire family to drive another 1 hour haul to retrieve the toy so my son could have his christmas gift. So, finally at p. I am disgusted at the actions of this kmart, the customer service, the online support operators, whom I was instructed to call for resolution, to no avail, the managers, the employees whom handled my lay away.

He save himself a lot of money on gas , But , Not customer. I had and order delivered by ups from Kmart the box was opened both on top and bottom and there were 2 items that were damaged and i made a claim with UPS. UPS told me that they would be sending Kmart a payment for the damages and to call them and give them the claim number so I did then I was told they can't resend the Christmas presents that I would have to reorder them for them to send them back out.

This is not acceptable I was told I would have to wait anywhere from 48 hours than call back and it could take up to 2 weeks before I receive the refund. All I want is for my daughter to be able to open her Christmas presents. I guess that I will have to give her the broken stuff until I get paid after christmas to replace them.

My name is Ebony Wade i have 6 children and i was yrying to give them the best Christmas i had two layaways in kmart and one of the employee to me since i made a payment on there i didnt have to get it till January come to find out she lied i had to make a payment every two weeks so since i didnt have it it was put back and how found out that info i was there paying for my other layaway and it only popped up one because she not only lied about one but she put the other one in somone else name so i couldnt do anything because it wasnt in my name so i have lost two layaways for my children because of a non good worker please see fit to reply.

The new ad with pregnant women dancing like strippers is very offensive. Get a new ad agency. Your marketing is terrible. Unbelievable that kmarts layaway has failed so many!

I think one is too many but clearly after reading the comments below, there are many! I am not a customer but know a mom that tries to get ahead and 9 days before Christmas she is told her items are unavailable and she now has to WAIT to get her money back!!!! So now they have to somehow come up with it? This is the most shameful business act I have seen right before Christmas!

Someone screwed up and it needs to be rectified today not 7 day or even two days from now. Order the items from somewhere and get it to these poor parents. Last month I placed a layaway order online with you guys under contract number I made ALL of my payments on time! Last week I paid it off in full and got the email that my order was released.

How can you operate a buisiness like this? How unprofessional! I did some research online and it seems this is something Kmart is being well known for this year. You advertise this wonderful layaway plan and then you ruin our Christmas by not fulfilling your agreements!!!

Now I have to wait 14 days to get a refund?!?!? I need to go out now and do all of my Christmas shopping last minute. Hello I was at your store a week ago and had a bad experience with your store,my daughter and I purchased some items and we had coupons since you were advertising double coupons we took advantage of this offer.

Well after 25 minutes in line we paid but noticed we were not given the double coupon. After asking the cashier why we were not given the double coupon? He replied I don't know. I asked why he said that the system would not allow it that it HD to be done at the time of purchase respond we are in the moment and what would happen if we returned everything who would stay with the coupons he said we would lose them and besides the store does not make money off the coupons anywsy.

I could not believe my ears,I told him of course the store will make money most of the people that are in your check out have coupons,do you went to tell them that there purchase does not matter or shall I tell them,he responded well the cashier can try it but the coupon will not scan because it was scanned recently I told him to go ahead I take that chance but if it does not I want my coupons back.

After more than an hour trying to resolve this the coupons were rescanned and went threw. Your staff are not being trained fully and your managerneeds more training on how to handle customers in difficult situation sI myself am in retail and if I were to treat my customers in this manner I would not have a job I hope you will address this issue because I don't think I am the only customer that has had this problem with Kmart. Because time and time again the answer to a question is I DON'T KNOWPlease address this issue you are loosing customers due to your stores ability to take care of your customers,this is the month to step up and drive more customers to your store,if not they will go elsewhere for there purchases.

I have paid on my layaway faithfully since October and paid my layaway of yesterday to make sure that my children would have their items in time for Christmas, but no this morning I get an email from kmart stating my items are no longer in stock.

Why accept customers money when you know you can not fulfill their orders. I have came to a conclusion that this is a way for Kmart to obtain intrest on all their customers funds and then screw us in the end.

I will no longer shop here Walmart can have my money. I too did an online layway. I paid it off and then the next day it said everything I had was out of stock. I even facebooked how awesome online layway was. I am a stay at home mom and our family only has one car so this was perfect.
