Was this review helpful? Report Share. I worked with great people while I was here, but the management is awful. They are not a family friendly culture and I was told on multiple occasions to choose between my children and my job.
Cons Compensation, management, work life balance. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. LOVE it here! I have never worked for a company who goes above and beyond for their employees like Moen does.
They have raffles, food, awards, etc. As long as you show up and are doing your job, they will reward you. The management is very personable and wants to see you succeed.
Pros Very rewarding. Cons None yet. Pros Benefits. Cons A lot of work. Pros Easy money. Cons Short break. Job seekers rely on your experience.
Moen was once a structured, consistent environment with clear communication, a work-life balance and a place of pride to work. It was a place that was firm but fair to all employees which fostered good morale. The devolution has been a complete Decisions are made based on knee-jerk reactions that focus on the dollar amount of work pushed out each day this is the Holy Grail and the company image with little to no regard for the associates.
These decisions are inconsistent from day to day and person to person. There is no work-life balance at all, Moen IS your work and life. This is the one true consistency at Moen. Any rare time off is greeted with "Can you volunteer to work even more hours, we have to get this work out, we have to serve the business.
Only when accidents start to happen is there some "talk" among management about granting time off. Otherwise, in restricting time off Moen is indeed consistent, so much so that barring any vacation time, personal days taken or holidays you are usually allotted only 2 days off in a month's time and those will be Sundays. Morale is so low that long tenured employees are choosing to leave the company or retire rather than endure the stress that comes with good benefits. Pros Good benefits, weekly pay.
Cons No work-life balance, poor company culture. Yes There are 3 helpful reviews 3 No. Overall a good company to work for. The company is transitioning into a different form of itself and unfortunately that lead to the changing and loss of positions.

You will have no time outside of going to work every single day with no days off. If you enjoy being lied to, over worked, and belittled this is the perfect job for you!
